How to Answer
①Open the response request/prompted response e-mail and click "Start survey".

Depending on your reception settings, you may receive the response request e-mail in text format.
Subject：Dear ●●●●, Request for Engagement Survey Responses
Body：
Dear ○○○○
We would like to request your cooperation with this survey to help us make the company better.
Survey response deadline： YYYY/MM/DD HH:SS
Start survey ( URL)
Please do not share or forward it to other users.
Dear ○○○○, The URL contained in this e-mail is intended for your use only. In the event that someone else makes use of your URL, there is a risk that response data could be overwritten.
・This survey is being conducted in order to identify the current situation in your company or organization.
・The survey is conducted anonymously. Responses will be processed statistically. Your individual responses will not be shown to your company.
②Check the summary and click "Start survey".
The summary displayed on the screen will vary depending on the response method specified by your company.
Please check the contents carefully before proceeding to the next screen.
③Select your department and role
If you do not see a screen to select your affiliation or role, you do not need to select it.
④Confirm that you have made the correct selections and click "Next".
⑤Review the explanation of the question and click "Next".
⑥Answer the questions.
⑦When you have completed answering the questions, click "End survey".
When the message "Thank you for your part in this survey" appears, your response is complete.
If there are unanswered questions
If there are unanswered questions for each question, the following confirmation screen will appear before moving to the next screen.
Click "Back" to return to the screen of unanswered questions and answer them.
Unanswered questions will be displayed as follows.
If you close the response screen while in the above screen, the "Unanswered" tab will not appear when you access the screen again. |
How to save and modify
- The survey to which you responded is automatically saved once a minute.
- If you are still in the survey response period, you can access the response page to modify your answers.
