You cannot save your answers in progress. Once you have started your response, please complete it to the end.

 

How to Answer

①Open the shared URL/QR code and click "Start survey"

②Enter respondent information and click "Next"

③Confirm your name and click "Start survey"

④Review the explanation of the question and click "Next"

⑤Answer the questions

⑥When you have completed answering the questions, click "End survey"

When the message "Thank you for taking part in this survey" appears, your response is complete.

If there are unanswered questions

If there are unanswered questions for each question, the following confirmation screen will appear before moving to the next screen.

Click "Back" to return to the screen of unanswered questions and answer them.

Modification of answers

You will not be able to re-answer or revise your responses because you will not be able to save your responses in mid-sentence. If you need to re-answer or revise, please contact your survey representative.
