The message "Cannot be used with this browser" appears
If you use the software outside the recommended environment, an error screen like the one shown in the image will be displayed. This is particularly common for customers using Internet Explorer. Please change your browser.
How to change your browser
Windows Example
1.Click "Type here to search" at the bottom of the screen and search for "Microsoft Edge"
2.Click on "Microsoft Edge" in the search results
②Right click on "Start survey" in the response request e-mail and select "Copy link address"

③Right-click on the browser's search bar and select "Paste" to paste the response URL
If an error screen is displayed even after changing to the recommended browser
If the error screen is still displayed after changing to the recommended browser, the possible causes are as follows.
The URL of the error screen is pasted
Please paste the URL of the survey screen, not the URL displayed on the error screen. Please return to step ② for details.
Accessing in Microsoft Edge Internet Explorer mode.
Select "Close Microsoft Edge" to access the answer screen.
Your PC or tablet/smartphone has not been updated
Please update your system to the latest version from the following procedure and access it again.
