Troubles when answering survey
The message "Cannot be used with this browser"
You may be using a browser outside the recommended environment. Please try another browser. Please check here for details.
Security errors are displayed
Errors related to IP addresses, proxy servers, etc. may be caused by your company's security environment. Please contact your company's representative.
The message "It is outside the survey response period"
The survey response period may have passed. Please contact your company representative.
The message "SESSION HAS EXPIRED"
Please access the Answer Screen again. It has expired a certain amount of time since you accessed the answer screen, and the connection to the answer screen has expired.
The message "Under repair"
This message is displayed during emergency maintenance due to a system failure/error. You will not be able to use Motivation Cloud Engagement, including survey responses, during the display.
The screen goes blank.
Since you are not able to access the response screen properly, please try the following remedies.
- Delete the cache. The cache may be the cause of the problem.
- Delete unnecessary tabs. Access may be unstable if many tabs are open at the same time or if there is a lot of history.
- Please check your browser version and update it to the latest version. Or change your browser. You will not be able to answer questions outside of the recommended environment. For details, please refer to "Usage Environment".
- Check your network connection environment. Your connection to the Internet may not be stable.

In the event of notation errors when responding in multiple languages
If Google Translate is switched on, the translated question may not be displayed correctly.
Please switch Google Translate off.

If you have already responded but the response request e-mail was resent
The following are possible causes.
- You forgot to press the "End Answer" button when you finished answering the question
Access the response screen and press the "Finish" button. The system will not identify your response as complete until you press the button. - Due to system processing time, they are being sent in the wrong order
Please wait a moment. If you receive the response request e-mail again, you may not have completed your response. Please confirm that you have completed your response.
