Scope of Impact

Some users who had configured the sending of affected emails during the incident period

Cause of the Issue
A malfunction in the shared email system used across Motivation Cloud

Current Status
The issue has been resolved and email delivery is now functioning normally.
As of 19:58 on April 25, 2025, emails are being delivered as expected.
